Uruguayan Fans Brawl on Pitch After Danubio Beats Nacional

They’ve suspended the league indefinitely. Apparently what prompted the brawl was a pitch invasion by a group of Nacional supporters, who managed to steal a flag from a group of Danubio supporters, which led to the scenes depicted above and provided yet one more dish in our decade’s rich banquet of opportunities for the Flash video audience to watch people hit one another with iron bars.
