Tic Tac Recreates Everton’s ITV-Annihilated Goal

Okay, it’s a ploy for free advertising, but this is actually kind of funny. I just got an email from Tic Tac, which was the unwitting beneficiary of ITV’s cutting to commercial just as Dan Gosling scored the winner for Everton against Liverpool last week. As a way of apologizing to everyone who missed the goal, they’ve recreated it. Using giant tic tacs, of course. The giant tic tacs speak in earnest falsetto voices. Future generations are not going to understand us.
