Lower rung teams have learnt how to play Arsenal. Bring all your 11 players in your own half, instigate them with hard tackles, fill up your penalty box ( as Mourinho used to say "park your bus" in front of the goal mouth) and catch them in one of your rare breaks or set pieces into their penalty box and pray. Arsenal will go bonkers.

i'm an Arsenal fan but I'd have to say one win doesn't change anything. They can't sustain a challenge for the league. On the other hand, I can see them winning the Champions league.

On the more open and technical european stage, they can play their game. Arsenal versus Ac Milan, fenerbache, porto, machester united, and even the elimination to liverpool demonstrate their ability to play football when it's actually high level stuff.

The irony with arsenal is that they struggle with lesser teams. They simply underperform against and fail to breakdown "lesser" teams. I dunno what it is but a lot of the explanations out there don't really pin it down.

...err whatever, champions league is still realistic right? I just want a top 4 finish, a better derby
