I miss the old kaka. I miss the 22 jersey scything up defenders and making magic seem real. Thinking what has come of his career since he left Milan kind of makes me feel ill. The worst part is, people are seeming to forget how amazing he was and think he is merely “overrated.” You can’t overrate who was at one point the best footballer in the world.

Kaká was always like that…ever since his debut on São Paulo FC.
His frist title with the team was on the RIO-SÃO PAULO 2000.
On the second game of the finals he gave us the victory with two goals. He was on the bench. On the second half, after 30 minutes of game he was in, and scored 2 goals in less than 10 minutes….and yes, his arms were pointing up, to the Lord…He was 18 years old…You can search on youtube: São Paulo 2 x 1 Botafogo – Rio São Paulo 2000 and watch the goals.

The difference between the superior mortal and the divine among us.

Messi is similar in this regard.

It’s as if you’re watching someone who’s merely slalom skiing, when in fact he’s also creating the slope.
